club members can use this form to enter their own orders
and email them to their club's order collator. You may
email a copy to yourself as well.
The
form works best with Internet Explorer version 5 or
above on a PC. The form will also work for most Macintosh
users, except for the 'add rows' button.
IMPORTANT: Use only for orders shipping on or after
August 3, placed with the new 6 digit item numbers from
the August Prairie news and your FoodLink 6.0 member
ID.
DO
NOT USE FOR JULY ORDERS or ORDERS PLACED WITH OLD 5-DIGIT
PRODUCT NUMBERS. Check with your coordinator if
you are unsure.

the
form asks for your FOODLINK MEMBER ID.
This is NOT your account number. FoodLink
member IDs are assigned by your club's order collator,
and appear on the warehouse pick labels. This is your
personal ID number within your group. Be sure to use
this number (if you use the wrong number, your order
