Pricelists


HOW TO GET A PRICELIST
Pricelists are available to view and/or download at www.unfi.com. Once Logged In, select the Buying Club Catalogs link, and select the month and format you would like to view.

Pricelists may also be ordered to deliver with your regular monthly order. Pricelists are available 4 weeks before the desired month.  For example, when you place your order for June delivery, you will want to order July catalogs. You will need to add that item number to your June order. The cost for each catalog is $1.50. They are sold individually. Listed below are all of the item numbers that correspond for each months catalogs.

If your Buying Club orders only once every 8 weeks, you will need to contact bcservices@unfi.com to added to our mailing list. Pricelists will be mailed to one address (usually the coordinator’s).  You will be billed for the catalogs via debit memo on your next order’s invoice.

HOW TO READ THE PRICELIST
 The pricelist is divided into 6 sections: Bulk, Frozen, Perishable, Grocery, Personal Care and Supplements. Each sections contains many categories.

2. Min: Minimum Order – some grocery items require a minimum purchase of 3 units. These have M3 after the product number. For example:

7. Unit$: Unit price. This is the cost of each individual piece.

 8. Case$: Case Price. This is the total cost of this item.

 9. % Off: Discount - if the item is on sale it will show the discount percent (% off) here. When there is a discount, the Unit and Case price shown is the discounted price.
