When searching by
product number, enter only the first 5 digits of
the 6 digit product number. You can search
for all or part of a product number or UPC. |

Finding the 6 Digit
Product Numbers for Ordering |
|
Take the 5 digit
Product Code and add the 1 Check Digit
to the
end and you have the 6 digit Product Number you
need for ordering. In the example below, the
product number is 192781. |

Explorer 5.5, Service Pack 2 or higher. |

Your Username and Password |
|
Contact your buying club coordinator for your
group's UNFI customer number, and insert it in
place of the '#' below to determine your Username
and Password for entering the site. All members of
a buying club can use the same Username and
Password.

Cookies must be
enabled for correct functioning. If you
receive a "You are not authorized . . ." message
when you first enter the site, check your

Entering the Product Information Website |

A successful
log-in brings you to a page like this: |

Product Info
link to enter the Product Information Website. |

"You Are Not Authorized .
. . " Messages |
|
If you receive a
"You are not authorized . . ." message when you
first enter the site, check your "cookie"
settings in your browser. Cookies
must be enabled for correct functioning.
If you are
inactive in the Product Information Website for
20 minutes, you will be automatically logged
out, and will receive a "You are not authorized
. . " message if you then try and use the website.
Just return to this page and log in again.
If you have cookies enabled and still receive a
"Your are not authorized" message, the problem
could be related to a firewall product or Norton
Internet Security. If that is your situation,
here are some solutions shared with us by other
customers:
Firewalls
- set up unfi.com and unitedbuyingclubs.com as
“safe” or “trusted” domains
Norton Internet Security
- uncheck “Enable Browser Privacy” box in Norton
Internet Security, and/or
- In "Privacy Control" press the "Configure"
button. Click on the "Advanced" button to bring
up the "Web Contents Options" screen. Click on
the "Add Site" button and enter the sites "www.unitedbuyingclubs.com"
and “www.unfi.com”. Select those sites in the
list and uncheck the "Use default settings" box
(if checked) and then select the "Permit" radio
button. Click "OK" |
