Because
charges for subscriptions are billed to
the buying club's UNFI account, new
subscriptions must be authorized by the
buying club coordinator.
To
start a pricelist subscription for a
buying club member, buying club coordinators can contact us by email, mail
or fax with the following information:
- Name
of your buying club
- United
Natural Foods Customer Number of your buying
club
- Buying
club coordinator name
- Buying
club coordinator daytime phone number
- Subscriber
name
- Subscriber
address, city, state and zip
- Subscriber
